2. We Ensure Quality:
We work a lot initially to guide manufacturer for ensuring ‘In-process Quality’ and ‘Final Output Quality’. This is very important to save client’s money, time and energy. We follow the process of PPAP (Product Part Approval process) which ensures and documents all the aspects.

5.Our Packaging & Logistics Capability:
We have hands on experience about International Shipping Operation, hence we suggest best packaging method so that goods reach safely to clients. Manufacturers seldom focus on packaging but for us packaging is a part of quality.
Sand Casting/ Shell Molding / Lost Wax Casting/ Investment Casting
Get castings, fully-machined and painted. The machining is on precision machines like HMC, VMC etc.
The components require high level of geometrical and positional tolerances. Almost all components are Heat Treated for achieving mechanical properties and micro-structure.
Our supplied parts are subject to load and stress, like performance plastics. We achieved final OK from customer after exhaustive study with global Raw Material manufacturers and equipment suppliers.
Our supplied carbon steel parts are subject to high level of Torsional Test. The Yield Strength (Rp0.2%) was finalised based on various tests and iterations of Raw Materials.
The high quantity parts require high dimensional tolerances and Surface Treatment specifications. Zinc Nickel coating and Geomet coating was proposed to achieve specifications in NSS.
Post High Pressure Die Casting, the components are machined, painted, leak tested and checked for burst pressure.
