1. Front Loading:

Whatever and however many queries are there, we prefer to have them during start of the project. This we call as front loading approach of Project Management. The advantages are:

• Low Cost of Change
• Smooth Project Management at later stages
• No Surprises later.

2. Right Person / Team:

This may sound different but we know in Indian context we need to find the team member’s profile also. Who is responsible and capable for what? We find it and manage the show with operating level team. We also identify when there is a appropriate need of escalation to the higher management.

3. Development Schedule / Checklist:

We can’t improve something which we don’t measure.

In order to measure our progress we must have a written plan. For Project Management we use simple visual technique to represent various stages and monitor each broken down stage.

4. Regular Updates:

Updating the stakeholders is as important as actual doing.

• Top Management of factory should be updated about the project progress and ask clarification if there is delay.
• Updating customer regularly so that there is no surprise at final stages.

5. PPAP:

PPAP (Product Part Approval process) is our working way. We refer PPAP documents whenever there are doubts or improvements are to be made.

6. Packaging & Supply Chain Planning:

The samples/ products developed by care, should also reach customer efficiently, on-time & with care. We design proper packing specification and logistics planning. Documenting each detail and in fine granules eliminates the future problems.

7. Feedback & Horizontal Deployment:

The feedback from customer, problem faced by us are recorded and are considered in next project management. We don’t want to deal with the same problem again & again.
