For third-party quality inspection, APOGEE Sourcing uses either ISO 2859-1 or the International Inspection Standard ANSI Z.1.4-2003 to decide how many samples will be picked randomly for inspection.
These samples are examined based on a detailed plan that records, how they look, manufactured, are packaged.
Any problems found are marked as minor, major, or critical, depending on the inspection plan.
