Can customer visit the manufacturing facility for audit?
Yes, customer is welcomed to visit.
We request to have Non-Solicitation Agreement executed, prior to visit.
We have multiple products to source. can you manage?
Yes, we can manage.
We have small warehouse wherein we can stock goods from different suppliers. After consolidation, we can export as one consignment to customer.
Consolidating multiple activities in one, is also saving, in one way.
I want my goods to be checked during manufacturing and before dispatch. Can you do?
We have experience of in-process audit and pre-dispatch inspection.
We assure you that all your requirements in terms of quality will be taken care of as per your expectations.
If the goods require tooling to be developed. Who will take care of the tooling development?
APOGEE will make sure that the tooling is developed within time, as per specifications. We will submit you reports/ samples for your conformance. Tooling is not required to be exported, so tooling will always remain in India (at manufacturer’s place, not in APOGEE’s premises).
The tooling life will be committed and will be monitored regularly.
We propose to keep ownership of the tooling, but if customer wants ownership, additional 18% tax may be levied.
There will be declaration that the tooling will not be used for any other customer, the tooling will be tagged and kept safe for the lifetime.
At the end of life/ project stop, tooling will be disposed after your consent.
In which segment or business area you operate?
Simply speaking, APOGEE is into all metal and plastic parts. The industry is not defined.
We are not into items like food & chemicals etc. But (for example) if there is requirement of metal parts for a chemical plant, we will serve our customer with pride.
To whom the customer should place order?
Customer should place the order to APOGEE in this case. We will invoice and export to customer.
In which currency payment is accepted and mode of payment?
Currency: We prefer to have payment either in USD or Euro , GBP of JPY. Indian government is business friendly and have notified 22 currencies for payment.
Mode of Payment: Bank transfer only. We apologies, we are not OK for any other mode of payment.
In which incoterms APOGEE can supply us?
We can supply you from EX-factory till DDU.
DDP is not ok with us.
